Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Handler - Total Loss to join our team at Ageas Insurance Limited. As a Claims Handler - Total Loss, you will be responsible for assessing and resolving vehicle damage claims in a fair and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess vehicle damage claims and determine the extent of the damage
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and expectations
- Investigate claims to identify potential fraud and take appropriate action
- Make informed decisions regarding claim payouts and negotiate with customers as needed
