Job description


Station Road Surgery are looking for a GP Administrator/Receptionist, with excellent administration, communication and people skills to join our team of Reception/Administrative staff.

Key responsibilities

Dealing with patient queries on the telephone and in person.

Ensure all patients and visitors to the surgery are dealt with efficiently and courteously.

Processing repeat medications in a timely and correct manner

Processing patient communications as per system guidelines

Providing administrative support to clinical staff

Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours a week - Between 8am and 8pm
