THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK based Sales Team as a Graduate Business Development Manager, reporting to the Sales Director EMEA.

You will join a Team that is responsible for the growth of the UK, Europe, Middle East & African territories, supporting the achievement of maximum profitability in line with our strategic plans, vision, and values.

You will develop, implement, and execute business development plans and strategies. You will work closely with the UK and Global Sales and Marketing Teams.

KEY DUTIES:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence in key locations and markets within EMEA territories.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective business development strategies.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.

ABOUT YOU:

You will have experience of working in a Business Development capacity, preferably gained from within a relatable industry including one or more of the following: -UK or European Telecoms.

-Electricity Transmission & Distribution. -Oil & Gas. -Offshore Wind. -Hydraulic Hose Manufacture and / or Distribution.
You will have proven success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
You will have the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative team environment.
You will have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
You have will excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
You will be able to work proactively using your own initiative.
You will have a Business-related degree.

LOCATION:
The UK Office is based in Rawtenstall, Lancashire. You will be expected to commute to the office when you are not travelling.
