Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at AWD online. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients in need of IT support services, using various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media to generate leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, conducting client meetings and presentations to understand their IT needs and create tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets, collaborating with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics.
  • Contract Negotiation and Closing: Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms are favourable and compliant with company policies, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and closing opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
