About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive / Business Development Consultant to join our team at AWD online. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for our company.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients in need of IT support services, using various channels to generate leads and develop effective outreach strategies to engage prospective clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, conducting client meetings and presentations to understand their IT needs and creating tailored proposals and solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets, collaborating with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts and maintaining a deep understanding of our service offerings and competitive landscape.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of client inquiries and proposals.
  • Contract Negotiation & Closing: Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms are favourable and compliant with company policies, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and closing opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
