Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients in need of IT support services, using various channels to generate leads and develop effective outreach strategies to engage prospective clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, conducting client meetings and presentations to understand their IT needs and creating tailored proposals and solutions to meet client requirements.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets, collaborating with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts and maintaining a deep understanding of our service offerings and competitive landscape.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of client inquiries and proposals.
