ERIKS is a specialized industrial service provider operating throughout the UK and Ireland, offering a wide range of mechanical engineering solutions across various industries such as energy, food production, and manufacturing.
As part of the team, you will represent ERIKS UK, working closely with customers to provide expert advice, handle quotations, process orders, and nurture customer relationships in different business sectors.
Under the guidance of Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, and Managers, you will undergo a comprehensive 36-month training program. This will equip you with the skills to effectively interact with customers via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
Your apprenticeship will be conducted in partnership with BMS Progress Training in Warrington. The learning experience will be a blend of face-to-face and virtual sessions.
During block weeks of education, ERIKS UK&I will cover your accommodation, meals, and travel expenses.
By completing this apprenticeship, you will not only develop a career in Sales and Service but also achieve certifications in Customer Service Level 3 and Sales Executive Level 4.

We are seeking candidates eager to learn, grow a career in customer service, and be part of a team committed to delivering exceptional service. Requirements include 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (Grades 9-4 or A-C) or equivalent.
Assessment days will be scheduled throughout the summer of 2024 with multiple dates available for each location.
