- Ensure client's clinical and social needs are met by having selected and maintained the best nurses or carers for their needs
- Plan rotas and make decisions on nurses' suitability for particular shifts and availability
- Work with the clinical and remote teams to ensure all administration is in line with CQC requirements in a timely manner
