AEG Presents are looking for a Ticketing Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Tour ticketing team for events under the AEG Presents and Goldenvoice brands.


You'll prepare events for on-sale through co-ordination, collation and distribution of event information, pre-sales, and notification to all box offices; report on sales figures for shows both internally and externally for UK and European tours; and co-ordinate and re-allocate of tickets across various venues and ticketing platforms.


You'll also manage label and industry buy requests; act as a support role for the ticketing team across larger scale events which may include on-site support and work with Finance on a variety of reports and requirements, to ensure they have the information needed for invoicing.

We're looking for an organised team player who has a keen eye for detail.

You will have worked in a customer service role before and understand the importance of always delivering exceptional service, even when it gets busy.

You'll be a confident communicator and be able to write accurate reports detailing financial information.

You'll also be a computer whizz with a solid working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
