This historic country house hotel, set in 14 acres includes fishing lakes, landscaped gardens, outdoor terraces, and adjacent woodland. Botleigh Grange was originally built as a private Country House during the 17th century.

The property is in close proximity to the Hamble Sailing waters and 2.3 miles from the Ageas Bowl cricket grounds.


The Hotel is looking for a Full Time Front Desk Receptionist:

The role will be 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday. (Possible weekend hours)

Job Role:

  • Proving an exceptional 'sense of arrival' to all our guests
  • Checking guests in and out of the hotel
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to all guests during their stay
  • Answering the telephone
  • Taking payments
*General hotel administration

  • Working together with the hotel team to deliver a memorable guest experience

Experience:
Ideally you will have previous experience in a hotel reception, but full training will be given. You must have strong customer service and administration skills.

Minimum 1year experience within a hotel. (preferred)

Work Location:
Botley, Hampshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Salary:
£10.50 per hour
