Secretary/administration Assistant

We are looking to recruit a full time Secretary/Administration to carry out the following duties within our Commercial Property Department based at Gold Tops, Newport.
The role will include:
- Assisting with general reception duties
- Assist in the organisation of leases, contracts and other legal documents
- Order searches
- Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients
- Preparing bills and completion statements
Qualifications and skills
- A relevant legal qualification or legal experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills focusing on providing high standards of client care and building relationships with clients
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft office programmes and Case Management systems

Salary:
From £20,930.00 per year
