To provide high level comprehensive and proactive secretarial/administrative service to the DDONs and their team within the Corporate Nursing service and across the Corporate Nursing Division as required; enabling them to optimise clinical commitment, and therefore facilitating the Trust in achievement of its objectives and targets.


It is essential that the post holder should exercise initiative and judgement using acquired skill and knowledge and maintaining confidentiality at all timeso To provide a professional and efficient provision of secretarial/administrative services for DDONs and their team.

The post holder will be responsible for provision of a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties, including reports and other correspondence as required.

Act as first point of contact for dealing with all correspondence and phone calls that require management of the diary, ongoing meetings and appointments.

Perform delegated project administration services to specific individuals within the team as agreed with the Head of Corporate Nursing Development to support the functions of Corporate Nursing.o To act as a focal point of contact and be responsible for the dissemination of information, messages and enquires for the DDONs, liaising with multi-disciplinary team members, other health professionals and staff within the trust.
