Main purposes of job:

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team based in Usk, to support the Pre-Install Coordinator.

Tasks

  • Ensuring that documents provided by the customer are compliant and to the guidelines set by the ECO 4 Scheme/Utility Company
  • Liaising with installers, customers and surveyors to ensure accurate documentation is provided in readiness for the submissions team
  • Inputting key information into the Company's internal databases
  • Any other tasks as required by the business

Skills/Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft 365 programmes
  • Ability to work under pressure, demonstrating drive and a positive approach to work
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise own workload

Hours of Work

  • Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm, 37.5 hours per week

Salary
- £22,000 per annum
