**Main purposes of job**:
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team based in Usk, to support the Pre-Install Coordinator.
**Tasks**
- Ensuring that documents provided by the customer are compliant and to the guidelines set by the ECO 4 Scheme/Utility Company
- Liaising with installers, customers and surveyors to ensure accurate documentation is provided in readiness for the submissions team
- Inputting key information into the Company’s internal databases
- Any other tasks as required by the business
**Skills/Experience**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft 365 programmes
- Ability to work under pressure, demonstrating drive and a positive approach to work
- Strong organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise own workload
**Hours of Work**
- Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm, 37.5 hours per week
**Salary**
- £22,000 per annum
