If your answer is yes to the above, we invite you to consider the Store Manager position on behalf of our client, a prominent self-storage provider. They are currently dedicated to maximizing profits and fostering a customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities: As a Store Manager, your main goal is to enhance profitability and deliver exceptional customer service. Your duties will include:

  • Achieving set financial targets for the store.
  • Ensuring adherence to company operational and financial protocols.
  • Identifying opportunities to boost occupancy and revenue.
  • Creating and executing marketing and sales strategies.
  • Offering top-notch customer service tailored to diverse requirements.
  • Recruiting, training, and nurturing team members.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Effectively managing store personnel for optimal performance.
  • Identifying and reporting maintenance issues.

Main Duties: Your daily responsibilities will involve:

  • Implementing a Marketing Plan to meet financial goals.
  • Managing and documenting all inquiries through CMS.
  • Improving conversion rates and staff performance via coaching.
  • Monitoring local market conditions and competitors.
  • Generating precise and timely reports.
  • Conducting Personal Development Plans (PDPs) and annual appraisals.
  • Supporting team members in reaching their potential.
  • Ensuring fair staff schedules are approved.
  • Upholding company cleanliness standards.
  • Accurately handling financial transactions.
  • Supervising managerial and compliance tasks.
  • Maintaining a safe and conducive work environment.
  • Adhering to Health and Safety regulations.
  • Providing support to other stores when required.
  • Managing additional tasks as requested.

With a working schedule of 40 hours per week on a rotational basis between 8.00am and 6.15pm, covering 5 days out of 7.
