Key Responsibilities:- Manage stock, deliveries, and pricing to optimize sales and profitability.
- Control and report stock markdowns to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies.
- Monitor and control costs and overheads to maintain a profitable shop environment.
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within an outlet or standalone environment.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- 40 hours per week.
- 23 holidays plus bank holidays.
