Job Title: Retail Store Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at House of Fashion Associates Ltd. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our retail outlet, ensuring sales and profit targets are met while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stock, deliveries, and pricing to maximize sales and minimize waste
- Control and report stock markdowns to ensure accurate inventory levels
- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales and profit targets
- Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies
- Manage costs and overheads to ensure profitable performance of the shop
- Plan and implement shop merchandising to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
- Manage selling and customer service activities to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to ensure a skilled and motivated team
- Ensure Employment laws and relevant HR procedures are followed
- Complete paperwork required by Head Office efficiently and accurately
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within an outlet or standalone environment
- Excellent presentation, communication, and management skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Team player with a flexible approach
- Organized and proactive approach with ability to work on own initiative
- Strong customer service and communication skills
