Retail Store Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at House of Fashion Associates Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our retail outlet in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales and profit targets
- Control and report stock levels, deliveries, and pricing
- Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies
- Manage costs and overheads to ensure profitable performance of the shop
- Plan and implement shop merchandising to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
- Manage selling and customer service activities to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and develop staff according to company policies
- Ensure employment laws and relevant HR procedures are followed
- Complete paperwork required by Head Office efficiently and accurately
- Manage upkeep and condition of all equipment, fixtures, and fabric of shop premises
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within an outlet or standalone environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Team player with a flexible approach and organized and proactive approach
