Job Title: Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at House of Fashion Associates Ltd. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a retail outlet and driving sales and profit growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including stock, deliveries, and pricing.
  • Control and report stock markdowns, and manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies.
  • Manage and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Plan and implement shop merchandising to maximise sales, customer satisfaction, appearance, and brand image.
  • Manage selling and customer service activities, and staff competence in these areas, to optimise and sustain sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within an outlet or standalone environment.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and a flexible approach to work.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
