Cctv Operative

We are looking to recruit CCTV Operatives to work in our secure, comfortable control room facilities located on the outskirts of Norwich.

In this role you'll be responsible for monitoring our client's private property.

You will need to be able to concentrate for extended periods of time, be attentive to detail and able to monitor several cameras at one time.


Skills required to fulfil the role:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
  • Smart professional appearance.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Reliable means of getting to work.
  • Be able to provide a reference from previous employer.

Contract structure:

  • Operating hours: 06:00 am to 10:00 pm, 7 days a week.
  • 8 hour shifts worked on a rota. Shifts include weekends and evenings.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • National minimum wage compliant.
  • Holiday entitlement: 28 days annual leave including bank holidays.
