Position Overview - Merchandising Manager:

As the Merchandising Manager, your role will involve crafting merchandising strategies to boost sales and drive profitability. Working closely with various teams, you will curate product assortments, orchestrate promotions, and shape the overall merchandising direction of the company.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with company goals and customer demographics.
  • Collaborate with the buying team to procure merchandise that meets customer preferences.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product assortment.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance sales.
  • Monitor inventory levels and adjust as necessary for optimal stock levels.
  • Create effective merchandising campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Coordinate supply chain activities and manage product forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Conduct inventory checks regularly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, or relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail merchandising, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Chinese communication skills.
