This role is pivotal in driving business success through robust sales support, enforcing operational policies, delivering targeted training, and managing stock levels.
The Assistant Store Director ensures the highest standard of customer service and empowers staff to make decisions that enhance the customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business and Sales Performance:
nDevelop and continuously motivate staff to exceed sales targets and uphold retail excellence.nActively participate on the sales floor, providing leadership, coaching, and team management.nLead efforts in client development, focusing on acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.nRegularly analyze KPIs and implement strategies to achieve and exceed these targets.nConduct detailed daily reports and analysis to identify and capitalize on opportunities for improvement.nMaintain the highest standards of customer service consistently.nCollaborate with the Merchandising team to analyze category performance and implement effective strategies for sustainable growth.nOversee the financial health of the store, including profit & loss responsibilities.
Team Leadership:
nInspire and lead the team to achieve maximum performance by providing coaching and motivation.nGuide the sales team in delivering a unique and memorable shopping experience, with proactive floor observation and feedback.nManage performance reviews and development plans for all team members, ensuring regular and constructive feedback.nPromote a workplace culture that reflects our brand's values, with a focus on pride, enthusiasm, and initiative.nManage and oversee employee schedules to ensure operational efficiency.nEnsure payroll processes are conducted with integrity and accuracy.
Visual Merchandising:
nUphold impeccable store visual standards.nUtilize sales data to guide visual merchandising strategies that boost revenue.
Store Operations:
nAdhere strictly to all corporate policies and procedures.nWork in partnership with the Retail Operations team to ensure inventory accuracy and control shrinkage.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):nEnhance in-store customer engagement strategies to foster significant client relationships.nMaintain awareness of competitive market landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.
PROFILE:
nMinimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.nProficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.nGoal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.nAbility to motivate and build high-performing teams.nDedicated to outstanding customer service and client-focused.nExcellent skills in conflict resolution and negotiation.nStrong problem-solving abilities.nExcellent communication skills, both oral and written.
