We are looking for an outgoing, autonomous and diligent person who will take ownership of apprenticeship recruitment in the UK together with internship recruitment all over EMEA.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on various other campus related and cross-functional projects.

As part of the EMEA Future Talent Team, you will play a pivotal role in building Tesla's future talent pipeline.

In this role, you will have the chance to collaborate closely with our first-class recruitment team which shares the common goal of building the best team for Tesla.

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of Tesla's apprenticeship recruitment program in the UK and support EMEA, by increasing Tesla ́s visibility as an employer in the region and creating/maintaining cooperations with local schools
  • Be responsible for Tesla's internship recruitment program in EMEA and handle endtoend intern recruitment
  • Manage projects independently with mínimal oversight
  • Define, capture and report on metrics
What You'll Bring

  • Previous recruiting experience in an agency and/or corporate environment with a demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing, assessing and hiring talent
  • Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, taking lead on assessing talent needs and setting hiring plans
  • Experience with creating reports by leveraging Excel and the ability to adopt and adapt quickly to new technology and systems (Digitally savvy)
  • Experience with working in an agile, fastpaced environment where things change very quickly
  • Skills in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are preferred
  • Open to occasional business travel
