The Group Future Talent Partner

As the Group Future Talent Partner, your main role will be to scope, develop, and embed prioritized internal and external programs and activities. These initiatives will support key talent pipelines within our Group, ensuring robust succession planning and the presence of the right capabilities in critical populations. Your work will involve understanding priorities, learning needs, and opportunities, designing programs to unlock the potential of our future leaders, and supporting critical roles essential for the business. Collaboration with stakeholders, innovative approaches, and a focus on continuous development and retention of top talent will be crucial. This position demands a strategic approach to future talent development and a deep understanding of learning and development.

  • Utilize data-driven insights and market trends for informed decision-making
  • Recommend programs to engage, develop, and retain future talent
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners for effective learning experiences
