Job Summary


The Talent Development Partner is responsible for developing and implementing talent & development solutions aligned with the business goals and objectives of the Assessment Division.

Solutions translate business priorities and contractual obligations intopractical people development solutions which help customers move forward with their lives

Essential Job Duties

  • Lead the design, delivery & measurement of the new entrant programme ensuring HCP colleagues are developed, qualified and able to help customers move forward with their lives
  • Pragmatic people development solutions are pragmatic, add value and demonstrate ROI/ROE using appropriate measures e.g. employee engagement, retention of talent and achievement of key business metrics
  • Build outstanding relationships with leaders and managers to identify, develop and source delivery of talent & people development solutions
  • Identify & lead process improvements to policy, people development practises and procedures & talent management which improve the customer experience and are aligned with T&D strartegy
  • Continuously develop own expertise, knowledge and experience through external networking, team working and deep understanding of the business.
  • Enable business leaders & managers to take greater accountability for managing & developing the talent in their own teams.
  • Proactively develop self to become the go to contact for all learning, talent and people development requirements for the division.
