About the job Senior Recruitment Consultant - Commercial Perms
Talent Chief is proud to be working with London-based recruitment agency that specialises in Office and professional services recruitment.
They have a network of offices across the UK and are in the process of building out the London team.
Long-established with a great client and candidate based, alongside a host of perks for the right recruiter to join them, we're excited to help them continue their story.
The company currently has two desks available within the above sector - one within temp recruitment and one within permanent hires.
The temp desk has been long established and will involve managing and building the current clients, alongside finding new ones to work with.
You'll join the company and work closely with the other Senior Recruitment Consultants by mapping the market, winning new clients and listening to hiring requirements, as well as completing thorough searches for the appropriate industry professionals.
You will also get the opportunity for progression upon hitting certain milestones, as this is calculated on performance rather than availability.
Previous experience in 360 recruitment within an agencyA strong network presence pre-existing
Computer-literate
Bonus:
~ Experience within the HR/Office or Professional Services
22 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays (1 additional year per full year of service)
~ Hybrid Working - 3 days in office, 2 from home
