Regional Facilities Lead

You will work 37.5 hours a week where you will oversee budgets, risk assessments, audits and attend council and community meetings to support the needs of the services.
With a strong emphasis on teamwork, you'll receive support from a regional network of healthcare professionals and enjoy access to a variety of online and CPD training courses to support you reach your career goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with corporate and regional staff around key compliance's within the hospital about the three functions of support services
- To keep spreadsheets and clear documentation ready for any internal and external inspection.
- To undertake risk assessments and organise emergency procedures/fire drills
- To maintain food and beverage service to patients and staff, working within budget to the highest standards of health and hygiene
- To ensure that maintenance is carried out within budget, in a timely manner and to the highest standards of workmanship and safety
- To ensure that housekeeping is carried out within budget, in a timely manner and to the highest standards of workmanship and safety
- To facilitate project work as directed by Regional Facilities Manager
- To adhere to all Food Safety standards as required by (EHO) Environmental Health Office
- To ensure accurate and appropriate communication with staff, patients and outside agencies to preserve confidentiality and data protection of staff, patients and business.
As a Facilities Lead, you will need:
- Relevant qualification.
- Previous experience within a similar role and/or environment.
- Experience within supporting services.
