Facilities Administrator

Capstone Property Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Facilities Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for all property-related requests, you will play a crucial role in supporting store operations colleagues and ensuring the smooth operation of our European Estate.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and resolve property-related requests, either remotely or by escalating to Facilities Management colleagues or external contractors.
- Log all requests onto the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software and provide a unique call reference number to the requester.
- Track all requests from initial contact through to resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Liaise with Head Office Departments, stores, and contractors to ensure seamless business operations.
- Monitor and respond to emails received into the Facilities inbox, and review CAFM for out-of-hours jobs and assign to contractors via the CAFM portal.
- Produce ad-hoc reports for the Facilities Manager and maintain accurate asset information in the helpdesk database.
- Fluency in French and English is essential, with other European language skills being advantageous.
- An understanding of Facilities Management would be beneficial.
- Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
