Hobson Prior are currently seeking for a Strategic Relationship Lead to join a fantastic organisation on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere within the UK with some travel involved.

Our client is focused on providing novel clinical research services.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this position, you will cooperate with the CEO and the tactical partnerships directors to develop business method and scientific direction.
  • To recognise new business prospects, you will scan the pipeline of innovative agents being developed for blood cancers.
  • Uphold and develop relationships with pharma/biotech contacts included within clinical development, this involves the Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, and Commercial representatives.
  • Recognise and develop clinical study prospects, guaranteeing internal approval and realistic execution.
  • Serve as a representative and advocate for business development at internal meetings.
  • Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a scientific or business field.
  • Familiarity within haematooncology and/or oncology studies would be ideal.
  • Works well both independently as well as in a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully within a multidisciplinary team setting.
  • Presentation abilities.
  • Results and objectives focused with ability to make good judgement.
  • Risktaking skills.
  • Solid planning and resource allocation abilities.
  • Capable of forming solid relationships.
