Work with in house IT department and Operational Asset Management teams to maintain and develop data quality analysis methodologies to optimize system performance.Responsibilities:
- Strategic and Tactical Management: Manage the total Asset Maintenance portfolio including ownership of databases and all information necessary to provide a comprehensive solution and delivery model to the Client's specified requirements.
- Asset Management Policies and Procedures: Support in setting all Asset Management Policies and Procedures across the business and develop all critical documentation pertaining to Asset and Maintenance management.
- Contract Mobilizations and Asset Onboarding: Actively manage and support new contract mobilizations, asset onboarding and deployment of the Asset Management systems to new and existing contracts.
- Culture and Initiatives: Encourage a constructive culture, working collaboratively with engineering operations management, frontline staff, and stakeholders to implement the asset management transformation program and drive new operating initiatives.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data analysis techniques to highlight and inform the Contract Manager of asset performance and data quality exceptions. Monitor the Asset Management systems and ensure asset management plans are updated annually.
- Asset Management Processes and Procedures: Assist with the implementation of asset management processes and procedures, including the collection of asset data across the whole portfolio, maintain effective asset performance history and produce asset lifecycle plans.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in asset data quality in line with the asset management strategy and processes. Identify and develop new tools and techniques for delivering asset management and reporting into the business
