The selected candidate will be in charge of leading a team of over 100 members and providing top-notch service to our customers in the media and broadcast industry.
About the Position:
- Manage a team ranging from L1 to L4 Support Engineers who play a crucial role in the end-to-end Support System.
Responsibilities:
- Devise and execute strategies for enhancing service delivery processes, covering incident, problem, and change management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Over 15 years of hands-on experience in service delivery management, including a successful history of leading sizeable teams and implementing automation initiatives.
- Excellent project management abilities, particularly in handling extensive and intricate projects.
- Lead automation transformations throughout the organization, ensuring the smooth execution of automation projects.
- Familiarity with various automation tools like Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML).
- Comfortable working in an Agile, DevOps environment.
Additional Bonus:
- Prior exposure to OTT, Broadcasting, Video Processing/Delivery in the Media and Entertainment sector.
