As part of the Global Retail Operations Team responsibilities would entail acting as a single point of contact for store support queries and tasks.

The role will entail being responsible for the planning and execution of end-to-end cross-functional programmes which includes development and successful delivery of process improvement projects in line with the Retail Excellence Operations road map.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a point of contact for Global Retail Stores through high quality support and advice including operational and/or process guidance, transactional tasks and activities and administrative assistance where required.
  • Support the retail network by absorbing store task and processes in order to drive instore productivity.
  • Be a field expert in specific areas such as Stock In Transit, Operational KPI's within the Retail Store Support Team as and when required.
  • Responsible for supporting the Retail Store Support Team to document, refine and simplify key store policies, processes, systems and management controls to drive efficiency and consistency to global store operations.
  • Drive end to end development and landing of training platforms for stores.
  • Provide scheduled and adhoc performance reporting to retail store management and central functions.
  • Performing end to end testing of store systems to ensure the 'solutions' are fit for purpose.
  • Responsible for end to end project management including managing retail requirements, stakeholder management and training
  • Coordinate communications to the regions including setting up and recapping meetings
  • Liaise with crossfunctional teams to ensure regional needs are fed back to the appropriate stakeholders and followed up effectively.
  • Influence relevant stakeholders around the business to make decisions that are deeply rooted in improving the Retail teams' and Clients' experience

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Experience of SAP or retail systems preferred.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle and prioritise multiple requests.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality of execution.
  • Ability to manage projects and work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Impeccable attention to detail in formatting of presentations, reporting, scheduling and follow up
  • Enjoys establishing and building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as external partners and vendors
  • Has the confidence, hunger and proactivity to lead pieces of work endtoend
  • Sincerely passionate about building and adding value to a positive, peoplefocused, creative, dynamic team culture
  • Retail experience, preferably in a role which demonstrates operational support and problemsolving efficiency
  • Strong ability to gauge and balance requirements of senior stakeholders with the practical reality of a store environment
  • Strong command of Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and other MS tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact and build a rapport with all people in the business.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple projects when under pressure
  • Will enjoy working in a fastpaced environment.
