Finitas are delighted to be partnered with a leading investments company in their search for Management Co-ordinator to join their Property & Corporate Services Facilities team for a 12 month period.


This is a hands-on role will be responsible for providing a variety of facilities co-ordinator duties/services, both administrative and operational.

You will be working closely with the team by assisting with the daily co-ordination and operational duties.

Some duties you will get involved with are:
Providing project support.
Assisting on stock controls on consumable items.
Assisting with Health & Safety.
Arranging works order quotations and raise purchase orders.
Providing onsite operational support to both internal and external service providers.
Assisting with policy and procedures / document management and policy implementation.

Experience required:
Financial Services background.
Strong administrative experience.
Organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise a variety of roles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external parties.
Experience of stock control, health & safety.
