12 Month Fixed Term Contract
In Commercial Delivery we pride ourselves on making a good impression, every time.

After all, months of hard work goes into developing or finding a product that meets our customer's needs, so we need to ensure that we're using our space in the best way to maximise our great ranges.

The Display Team are responsible for bringing our business strategy to life in stores.

In our team, cross functional working and a keen eye for detail mean that we can create the best visual displays that are easy to shop for our customers.

As a Display Coordinator, you'll help us to ensure that our customers can come in and be inspired by our displays.

Whether they're coming in for a bottle of fizz for Friday night drinks, peas to puree and have with their date night scallops or toys and games for family night, your displays will make them easy to find and easy for everyone to eat better.

You'll be accountable for numerous work-streams and projects that will allow you to test and develop your project and relationship management skills in an environment of continuous improvement.

We're looking for someone who knows how to get the most out of displays, and who can translate them into planograms that work in a variety of formats.

You'll be dealing with a wide range of stakeholders across our business, so communication will be key to succeeding in this role.

  • Support the live builds in collaboration with the trading teams.

  • Deliver to critical path, maintaining touch points with all key stakeholders during the range build process.
  • Complete all project administration correctly and to required timescale
  • Design, develop and produce store implementation packs, producing detailed planograms and merchandising guidelines to the standard template to communicate to stores
  • Coordinate with Instore Marketing and Retail to ensure that stores receive the correct planograms and Marketing material in the correct format and in a timely manner

  • Previous experience working within a retail environment.
  • A good understanding of visual merchandising with proven creative skills to create compelling visual displays
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced dynamic retail environment.
  • Ability to deliver results as an individual and within a team.
  • Confidence to influence and engage, building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Effective communicator, presenter, and team player.
  • Product, market, and consumer knowledge.
