We have an exciting opportunity for a Retention Marketing Coordinator (Email & Display) to join our team at Fenwick

As Retention Marketing Coordinator focused on email and display, you will play a crucial role in the execution of targeted and engaging email campaigns, as well as the management of display advertising initiatives. This position requires a detail-oriented and organised professional with a passion for delivering impactful content through email channels and optimising display ad campaigns. You will contribute to the enhancement of customer relationships and engagement through strategic email and display marketing efforts.

We offer a salary of approximately £25,000 per annum, dependant on experience.

  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, working closely with the Senior Retention Marketing Specialist to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies. Develop and deploy targeted email content, including newsletters, promotions, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Implement audience segmentation strategies and personalisation techniques to deliver tailored content to different customer segments. Leverage customer data to optimise email targeting and messaging.
  • Develop and maintain automated email programmes, including drip campaigns and customer onboarding sequences. Optimise automation workflows to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Retention Marketing Specialist to manage display advertising campaigns. Optimise ad placements, creative assets, and targeting to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on email content and display ad elements to optimise performance. Analyse results and implement data-driven insights to enhance future campaigns.
  • Track and analyse key performance metrics for email and display campaigns. Provide regular reports to the Senior Retention Marketing Specialist, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about email marketing and display advertising best practices, industry trends, and compliance standards. Ensure all campaigns adhere to regulatory requirements and industry guidelines

About You

You have a base understanding of display advertising platforms with the ability to optimise assets and targeting for maximum impact. Your experience in audience segmentation and personalisation strategies allows you to deliver targeted and relevant content effectively.

You are adept at conducting A/B testing on campaigns, using data insights for continuous improvement. With a strong analytical mindset, you can interpret campaign metrics and provide actionable insights.

Your effective communication skills, both written and verbal, enable you to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey campaign performance clearly. You also possess strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

As a team player, you have a collaborative mindset, a willingness to support team members, and contribute to overall team success. You are tech-savvy, comfortable with basic office software and tools, and have a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed.
