We have an exciting opportunity for an International Partnerships Co-ordinator to support the International Team to achieve sales and profit contribution targets through the close management of franchise markets across the world.
What will you do as International Partnerships Co-ordinator?
- Drive profitable sales for us and our partners.
- Own the relationship with the franchisee ensuring a positive working partnership.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, protecting the brand identity across all markets.
- Support and implement the market development strategy: brands, stores (turnover, sizes & locations), refits/refurbishments.
- Understand market macroeconomic factors and the local retail environment.
- Ensure all markets have fully polled sales to reflect true international sales and profit actuals.
- Drive trading mentality; ensuring consistency in store standards and sharing and instilling commercial best practises,
- Interpret the standard guidelines and support with local implementation.
- Interpretation of and actions taken from relevant sales and financial reporting with the partners.
- Identifying product opportunities and promotions and following through with feedback to the Brands
- Feedback on competitor activity (ranging, marketing, promotions, development)
What will you need to succeed as a International Partnerships Co-ordinator?
- The ability to communicate effectively with partners to support them to implement the Company strategy through their businesses.
- Good relationship building and communication skills are essential.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of local trading differences.
- Resilient personality with a desire to keep striving for results.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Identify ways of creating improvements.
- Experience of successfully managing international markets (desired)
