We are looking for a Waiting List Co-Coordinator to join our extremely busy department at the Kent & Canterbury Hospital.

This role involves working as part of a team within Vascular.

We are a hard working friendly and flexible team, meeting ever changing demands and require someone of a similar nature.

In return we can offer full training and will actively help support career progression if desired.

  • Experienced administrator.
  • Great organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise your work effectively
  • First class communication skills with a professional and friendly manner
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of the sensitivity in the nature of work they're carrying out and dealing with patient matters in the strictest of confidence
  • A flexible and friendly working approach
  • An understanding of NHS targets.
The organisation is currently launching its new improvement focus in the form of an improvement system called We Care.

The We Care System is a fundamentally new model that the organisation will be shifting to, it champions empowerment, promotes innovation and will bolster the connection and collaboration of staff throughout the organisation.


The We Care System utilises a multi-layered approach to improvement allowing staff to develop and produce a variety of ideas to combat the issues and problems that have been identified.
