Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud - UK - Remote -Up To £75,000

Our client is a leading innovator in the energy utilities sector, dedicated to delivering top-notch solutions and services. We are partnering with them to find a skilled Commerce Cloud Consultant who is ready to take on exciting challenges and drive impactful results. We are seeking an experienced Commerce Cloud Consultant to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions tailored to the unique needs of the energy utilities industry. Your contributions will enhance customer experiences, streamline operations, and support our client's strategic goals.

This role will involve:

  • Implement and configure Salesforce Commerce Cloud to meet client-specific requirements in the energy utilities sector.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Commerce Cloud solutions.
  • Customize and optimize Commerce Cloud applications to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful solution delivery and integration.
  • Conduct training sessions and develop documentation to support end-users and ensure seamless adoption.
  • Stay informed about the latest Commerce Cloud features, updates, and best practices to continuously improve solution delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective support to clients.

To be considered for the role you must have:

  • Proven experience as a Commerce Cloud Consultant, ideally within the energy utilities sector.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud architecture, data model, and integration capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Commerce Cloud configuration and customization, including catalog management, pricing, and promotions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer certification is highly desirable.
