Key Responsibilities
We ensure all our nurses receive the best possible treatment and care.

Consequently, we expect our nurses to deliver the same standard of service for our clients as we do for them.


As a Paediatric Nurse working for Nutrix Personnel, your main responsibility will be to deliver exceptional care and support for children and teens suffering from a variety of conditions.

As part of this responsibility, you will be required to perform a number of different tasks such as:

  • Assessing and observing the conditions of patients
  • Provide comprehensive reports to doctors and other medical staff
  • Administer medication and injections
  • Recording observations such as temperature, pulse and respiration rates
  • Assisting with patient evaluation and tests
  • Preparing drips and blood transfusions
  • Communicate with patients, parents and carers
  • Tracheostomy and Ventilation management

Essential requirements

  • A minimum of two years' experience having worked in a similar role
  • Must be competent with Tracheostomy and Ventilation
  • Must be a registered children's nurse, possessing a current and active NMC pin number
  • The completion of a full enhanced DBS check (Disclosure Baring service)
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work successfully as part of a team
  • Highly organised, flexible and able to prioritise accordingly
  • Great observational skills

Working hours and benefits
Our current Registered Paediatric Nurse roles in the Midlands pay a salary between £47 - £60 per hour.


Our roles cover day and night shifts, from Monday all the way to Sunday, with flexible working hours available to our workers.

Night shifts, weekends and bank holidays are all paying premium rates.
