Job Introduction

The Access Officer is responsible for the mapping of properties and liaison with land holders a few days to a few weeks ahead of the arrival of the TLI teams to obtain necessary premises.

The planning of appropriate and preferred access to the work following discussion with the landowners.

HSQE Responsibilities

  • Responsible to the Supervisor for ensuring operational safety in accordance with company policy and safety vision of Everyone Home Safe Every Day
  • Ensure the risks and control measures associated with the company's activities are identified and implemented to control them to as low as reasonably possible.
  • Ensure accidents and incidents are reported in a timely manner

Operational Responsibilities

  • Preparing economical and logical routes of access.
  • Liaison with landowners and advising them of the work that needs to be done and answering any queries.
  • Working with the landowner to determine routes of access with mínimal inconvenience to landowner.
  • Monitoring staff to ensure that they use agreed access points.
  • Where possible, checking for land damage once the work is complete.
