**Office Admin**

Our client, a leading employer who due to increase work demand require additional administrative support in various functions of their business.

**Job duties**
- Take calls from clients and filling out report form accordingly.
- Maintaining records on database
- General administration duties
- Keeping and maintaining records for Operational Program.
- Obtaining quotations
- Assist in the arrangement of meetings, conferences and any internal or external events. Ensuring catering arrangements and equipment bookings are in place
- To undertake any other duties or tasks as reasonably required.
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Access (Desirable)
- Previous experience in Admin role (Essential)
- Phone Etiquette (Essential)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dungannon, County Tyrone: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
