Join Coloplast, a global leader in medical devices, and take on a transformative role as the National Sales Director for Wound and Skin Care. Reporting directly to the Vice President for Wound and Skin Region Europe North, you'll play a critical role in driving our business growth and commercial success across the region.

In this dynamic leadership position, you will –

  • Lead and Inspire - Drive the national sales team, including Regional Sales Managers, the Regional Business Leader, Field Sales Trainer and their direct reports, to achieve unparalleled performance and effective territory management.
  • Strategic Impact - Contribute to the Business Unit Leadership Team by providing commercial insights, updates, and strategic direction. Develop and execute proactive strategic plans to achieve commercial priorities while adapting to the ever-changing business landscape.
  • Foster Collaboration - Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration through an omni-channel approach. Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive business success.
  • Drive Performance - Own and manage the National Sales Plan, set commercial priorities, and oversee regional sales forecasting and resource allocation. Conduct regular field visits to enhance team performance and competence.
  • Lead with Vision - Design and deliver national sales meetings to ensure consistency in content and messaging. Collaborate cross-functionally within the organisation to drive commercial success.

Who we are looking for?

  • Strategic Acumen - Proven skills in commercial execution, with a focus on achieving strategic objectives in complex business environments.
  • Leadership Excellence - Exceptional people development skills, including coaching and feedback. An influential leader who can engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
  • Industry Insight - A strong understanding of the evolving NHS landscape and senior stakeholders/KOLs. Experience in optimising and implementing clinical services within the NHS is essential.
  • Sales Mastery - At least 5 years in a Sales Leadership position within medical devices, with a background of working in wound and skin care highly desirable.
