Working under the guidance of the Regional Manager, you will play a vital role in meeting sales objectives within the store environment.
As a brand ambassador for The Kooples, your key responsibilities will include:
1/ Providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience:
- Welcoming and assisting customers with personalized service;
- Educating customers on our products and craftsmanship;
- Building customer loyalty and ensuring satisfaction.
2/ Driving sales growth at your store:
- Monitoring and optimizing performance metrics through sales analysis;
- Managing inventory and conducting regular stock checks;
- Providing detailed reports to management;
- Handling the store's budget effectively.
3/ Leading, motivating, and developing your sales team:
- Involvement in recruitment processes;
- Onboarding and training new hires;
- Setting and monitoring daily sales targets;
- Fostering employee skill development.
4/ Ensuring smooth store operations:
- Creating schedules and implementing visual merchandising plans;
- Following company guidelines on store layout;
- Maintaining store organization and efficiency.
- Previous managerial experience in retail or high-end service industries required.
- You are a hands-on leader with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- A results-driven mindset and passion for sales.
- Keen interest in fashion, product knowledge, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
