Concession Manager, Luxury Leather Goods

We are seeking an experienced Concession Manager to lead our store team and drive sales growth in our luxury leather goods business. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating a high-performing team culture, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities- Create a positive and inclusive team culture that values diversity and promotes a sense of belonging.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and merchandise products that meet customer needs and drive sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to build trust and drive business results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions and drive growth.
