Performance & Delivery Manager

£43,000 per year

Ingeus is currently seeking a Performance & Delivery Manager to inspire and support the operational team in achieving exceptional performance, compliance activity, and customer service standards.

The Performance & Delivery Manager will assist the Head of Delivery in ensuring the smooth execution of the Work and Health Programme.

What you'll be responsible for as the Performance & Delivery Manager:
  • Leading, developing, motivating, managing, and retaining employability staff to ensure the delivery of contracted services.
  • Managing individuals' performance using the Performance Management Framework to ensure that Employment Coaches, Personal Support Teams, and other staff members surpass their minimum performance targets through regular reviews, observations, coaching, and personal development.
  • Providing the Head of Delivery with consistent performance reports following Ingeus' guidelines.
  • Achieving the financial performance objectives of their teams through efficient operational and financial management.
To be successful as the Performance & Delivery Manager, you should;
  • Have a good grasp of the employment services/ welfare-to-work industry and the job market's challenges.
  • Possess experience in business planning, budget preparation, and budget oversight.
  • Demonstrate the capacity to manage multiple priorities and projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and budgets.
