The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious company that operates globally.

Based in the heart of Newcastle our client is looking for an experienced Office Manager with great people skills but also a keen eye for detail and this is a heavily administrativerole.

This is a full-time role with a degree of hybrid work and monthly travel to London. As the business grows, this role will evolve, so we are looking for someone who is adaptable and forward-thinking.

The Role:

  • To facilitate the smooth running of the UK offices, based out of Newcastle.
  • Provide secretarial support as and when required including the preparation of pitches
  • Administrative functions of HR
  • Office H&S responsibility
  • Office Maintenance
  • Office Housekeeping
  • Ensure full GDPR compliance
  • Liaise with the IT provider and keep abreast of any issues
