We're looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP
00 per annum, plus Sales Commission.
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm or to suit business needs.

Implement an effective strategy which is aligned with Group goals and revenue targets to identify new selling route opportunities and to achieve high sales conversion rates.
Implement a best in class HOW Sales Centre process manual.Provide appropriate Management Information e.g. sales performance targets.
Oversee the CRM systems and sales reporting tools are effectively used to track performance and sales metrics.
Liaise with appropriate Group wide stakeholders to ensure the sales approach is understood, compliant and cohesive.
Install written process, ownership, accountability, teamwork, and capability building.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Succession planning.
Sales process strong.
Evidence of using initiative and innovative methods to create sales and conversion.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a small sales desk team.
Proficient in CRM software (HubSpot desirable) and Microsoft Office Suite.
