Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in the UK. Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: Gain a thorough understanding of all product features and their practical applications.

  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct tailored product demonstrations that address the specific needs of potential clients.
  • Technical Solutions: Design, validate, and document technical solutions for prospective customers.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to influence product development, working closely with engineering and product teams to meet business objectives.
  • Implementation Support: Support implementation efforts by assisting with technical aspects during the pilot phases.
  • Training and Onboarding: Facilitate training sessions and onboarding processes for new clients.
  • Partner Support: Provide guidance and support to partners.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Consultant, ideally within the SaaS or E-commerce sectors.
  • Strong experience working with APIs.
  • A self-driven individual who excels both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ambitious and motivated, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business outcomes.
  • Committed to contributing to a positive and dynamic work environment.
