About the Role
As a Sample Coordinator, you play an integral part in the seventy7 Production team.

You will be responsible for the overall management of all incoming and outgoing samples used for photoshoots, the stock room, ad-hoc reception duties and production administration tasks.


Job responsibilities

Sample Management:

  • Responsible for accurately checking in and out all photographic samples within the business.
  • Reporting of sample status i.e. damaged, outstanding samples and discrepancies from shootlist.
  • Ensuring the samples are suitable for the photo shoots and returned in a great condition
  • Communicate all incoming and outgoing samples to the production team
  • Taking deliveries from couriers and booking couriers for outgoing samples
  • Understanding alongside the production team the shoot schedule and prioritising workloads accordingly
  • In charge of keeping the sample area orderly and tidy
  • Improving stock room efficiencies

Reception Duties:

  • General office administration duties
  • Answering external calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Welcoming all couriers and accepting deliveries
  • Organising shoot catering

Production:

  • Assisting production team with administration duties
  • Assisting in creating call sheets for shoots
  • Assisting in image file naming & management where required, to include pulling selects/making contact sheets
  • Supporting with on set production printing out shoot lists, briefs, mood board & making sure clients have teas & coffees

Required skills:

  • A proactive, positive and cando attitude
  • Similar experience working in a fastmoving stockroom, or creative studio environment desirable.

Salary:
From £22,000.00 per year
