Duties:

  • Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell additional products or services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry systems.
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette by answering calls promptly, professionally, and with a friendly demeanour.
  • Assist customers in both English and Spanish, utilizing your bilingual skills to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
  • Demonstrate strong problemsolving skills to resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
