This is a hybrid role, with 3 days based from their office in North Leeds and 2 days working from home.

What you will be involved with:

  • Utilising your excellent knowledge within Financial Services, you will be the Digital Product Champion for the business, developing and enhancing current products
  • You will identify the benefits of improving current products via thorough research and reporting to Management on your findings
  • Identifying new product opportunities and assessing the financial benefits and viability of implementing products, presenting your findings within report format to management
  • You will work with a range of stakeholders across the business, looking at consumer product demand and will use market research techniques to look at new trends and forecast possible value within new product areas
  • Ongoing meetings internally to position products effectively and demonstrate the value to the business
  • Define key metrics and measure success influencing the roadmap for new growth opportunities
  • Assessing effective pricing strategies with the knowledge you have of the Financial Services sector

What we are looking for:

  • You will have experience within Financial Services, specifically a Financial Advisory network, working within a similar Product Development role
  • You will have a clear understanding from both a consumer and partner need
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience in conversion funnel optimisation
  • Able to look at revenue growth from existing activity
  • Be able to communicate, collaborate and influence at all levels working at Board level
  • Be able to position products and pitch them to members of the Board, gaining leadership buy in
  • Driven in your approach, enthusiastic and a team player
